(6) Set the calibrator to output 1.000 V dc. If TI reading does not indicate between
0.998 and 1.002 V dc, perform b below.
(7) Press the TI ETTS BrainPak left Encoder button to return to the main POD
Alignment screen.
(8)
Repeat steps (1) through (7) above for circuits Vo2 and Vo3.
b.
Adjustments
(1) Select and activate Vo123 from the Circuit menu on the UxValidator. Vo123
will appear in the Circuit field.
(2)
Select and activate Align. On-screen instructions are displayed.
(3) Set the calibrator to output 5.0000 V dc.
Allow the circuit to stabilize for
2 minutes.
(4) Select and activate OK on the UxValidator. The TI will measure the voltage.
When the measurement is completed, a second on-screen instruction is displayed.
(5)
Set the calibrator to output 1.0000 V dc. Select and activate OK.
(6) When both voltage measurements are complete, the alignment progress bar will
show 100%. The TI will calculate the alignment constants. The TI will not enter a live-
reading performance check mode for this test.
(7) Press the left TI ETTS BrainPak left Encoder knob to save the alignment
constants.
