(22) Press FREQUENCY RANGE CW F1 key and set F1 M3 display to 1.000 GHz
by pressing 1 with DATA ENTRY key and then by pressing GHz/dBm/SEC DATA
ENTRY key.
(23) Remove TI top cover.
(24) Adjust A6R83 (fig. 1) for a measuring receiver frequency indication between 999
and 1001 MHz (R).
(25) Replace TI top cover.
(26) Repeat (6) and then (8) through (25) above until 2100, 7900, and 1000 MHz
frequencies are within the specified limits.
(27) Press FREQUENCY RANGE CW F1 and set F1 M3 display to 0.010 GHz by
pressing 10 with DATA ENTRY keys and then by pressing MHz/dB/Ms DATA ENTRY key.
(28) Record frequency indication displayed on measuring receiver.
(29) Press F1 M3 key and set F1 M3 display to 1.900 GHz by pressing 1.9 with
DATA ENTRY keys and then by pressing GHz/ dBm/SEC DATA ENTRY key.
(30) Record frequency indication displayed on measuring receiver.
(31) If measuring receiver frequency indication recorded in (28) above is not between
9.0 and 14.0 MHz and/or the measuring receiver frequency indication recorded in (30) above
is not between 1895 and 1905 MHz, perform (a) through (d) below.
(a) Remove TI top cover.
(b) Determine amount of frequency difference and compensate accordingly by
(c) Replace TI top cover.
(d) Repeat (27) through (31) above.
WARNING
Perform (32) through (46) below as written to prevent
misalignment due to being on YIG oscillator's wrong
(32) Press RESET key.
(33) Press FREQUENCY RANGE CW F1 key and set F1 M3 display to 8.100 GHz
by pressing 8.1 using DATA ENTRY keys and then by pressing GHz/dBm/SEC DATA
ENTRY key.
(34) Press FREQUENCY RANGE CW F2 key and set F2 M6 display to 12.300
GHz by pressing 12.3 using DATA ENTRY keys and then by pressing GHz/dBM/SEC
DATA ENTRY key.
(35) Press FREQUENCY RANGE CW F1 key and wait 10 seconds for frequency
count to settle.
(36) Press FREQUENCY RANGE CW F2 key and wait 10 seconds for frequency
count to settle.
(37) Repeat (35) and (36) above two more times.
