Ensure the latest quarterly update of the Sure-Cal software is
installed on the computer before starting test. The Agilent
measurement errors caused by component temperature and
time drift. For maximum accuracy, ACAL should be performed
every 24 hours.

12. VSWR Using Sure-Cal Software and PNA E8364C
a. Performance Check
CAUTION
Do not connect or disconnect Thermistor mounts with power on
or damage to Thermistor mount could occur.
CAUTION
When using PNA network analyzer E8364C, use care with the
cables; excessive movement could result in damage to the
cables or result in bad readings.
NOTE
When performing VSWR checks on Thermistor mounts, the
mounts must be connected to the Power meter and powered up.
Power sensors do not need to be powered up.
(1) Connect PNA network analyzer E8364C to the computer with the IEEE 488 cables.
(2) Check the High VSWR option and uncheck the Low VSWR option, as required.
(3) Select Edit Test Profile and enter password if password protected.
(4) Under the "General" tab, select Profiles options and find TI. Select the option
for the TI with Vector Analyzer.
