CAUTION
Use torque wrench when making connections to ensure the
connectors are not damaged.
Use stands to make
connections to avoid stress on the connectors.
(18)Follow the on-screen instructions for connections and running the test.
(19)Once the test is complete, the screen allows data preview and/or asks "Do you
want to replace UUT sensor data file?" If TI passed, click OK, give the file a name, and
save. If TI failed, click No, check connections, clean, and rerun the test again.
(20)If the TI range is more than can be done by one sensor, select New Run.
(21)Select Edit Test Profile and enter password if password protected.
(22)Under the "Source Amp" tab, select the frequency source for the frequency range
needed, High or Low Frequency.
(23)Under the "Test Points" tab, use default to range of signal source. Uncheck the
ones the second generator will not cover. Verify and check/uncheck to add or remove points
as needed.
(24)Under the "Standard Sensor" tab, select the sensor to cover the frequency range
not covered by the first run.
(25)Select the Edit Flexible Standards icon.
(26)Select Choose From Detected Resources. Check the resource needed if it is on
the list. When the driver screen is displayed, select the model from the driver list.
(27)If the model is not on the driver list, choose Scan for Resources. Highlight the
resource needed then select the model from the driver list.
(28)Click the Start Test icon.
(29)Once test is completed, a screen is displayed with "Operator input required."
The TI has passed.
a. Deenergize and disconnect all equipment and reinstall protective covers on TI
if necessary.
b. Annotate and affix DA label 163 (Linearity not Calibrated) in accordance with
TB 750-25.
