(d) Freq, 100, kHz.
(e) Output to on.
(5) Adjust TI output level for power meter indication that matches calculated
100kHz_0dB_reference from table 5 above.
(6) Adjust TI for frequency listed in table 6.
(7) Calculate Difference = (power meter indication - 1kHz_0dB_reference in dB).
(8) If calculated difference is not within limits specified in table 6, perform b below.
(9) Repeat technique of (6) through (8) above for remaining parameters listed in
