c. Front Panel Current and OCP Calibration
(1) Connect equipment as shown in figure 7.
(2) Select the first current calibration point for the +6V supply.
The display shows the first current calibration point for the +6V supply.

Read the multimeter and change the first current value on the display to match the
current reading on the multimeter. For example, if the multimeter reads 0.099 A,
adjust the current to 0.099 A using the control knob and arrow keys. Wait for the
multimeter reading to stabilize for accurate calibration.

Press the Calibrate key to save the change and select the second current calibration
point for the +6V supply.
(a) If the entered number is within an acceptable range, an ENTERED message is
displayed for 1 second. The display now shows the second current calibration point
for the +6V supply.
(b) If the entered number is not correct, an INVALID DATA message appears for 1
second and the display shows the first current calibration point again.

Read the multimeter and change the second current value on the display to match the
current reading on the multimeter. For example, if the computed value is 4.999 A,
adjust the current to 4.999 A using the control knob and arrow keys. Wait for the
multimeter reading to stabilize for accurate calibration.

Press the Calibrate key to save the new calibration constants for the +6V output
current and go to the voltage calibration mode for the +25V supply.
(a) If the entered number is within an acceptable range, a CALIBRATING message is
displayed for 1 second to indicate that the calibration is successful and that new
calibration constants of SETUP 2 are stored. Then, the display shows the above
message to indicate that the power supply is ready for the voltage calibration for
+25V supply.
(b) If the entered number is not correct, an INVALID DATA message is displayed for
1 second and the display shows the second voltage calibration point again.
(c) If the calibration fails, a CAL FAIL message is displayed for 1 second and the
display shows the CAL SETUP 2 for the current calibration of the +6V supply
again.

Repeat procedure for the voltage and current calibration of the +25V supply. (Replace
+6V with +25V in all the text.)

Repeat procedure for the voltage and current calibration of the -25V supply. (Replace
+6V with -25V in all the text.)
(9)
Secure and turn off the power supply to exit Calibration mode.
