(17) Repeat technique of (15) and (16) above for TI MODULATION display
indications of 300, 200, 100, 50, 10, 4, and 1 kHz.
(18) Set signal generator modulation frequency to 10 kHz and deviation to 10 kHz.
Adjust FM control for a TI MODULATION display indication of 10 kHz.

(20) Set signal generator deviation to 20 kHz and adjust FM control for a TI
MODULATION display indication of 20 kHz.
(21) Repeat (16) above.
