8. Pressure
a. Performance Check
(1) Connect compressed gas cylinder to TI INLET valve.
(2) Connect OUTLET VACUUM/PRESSURE valve to pneumatic pressure
standard outlet port.
(3) Set pneumatic pressure standard to read psi in measurement mode.
(4) Ensure TI and pneumatic pressure standard read zero.
(5) Set compressed gas cylinder nitrogen source to around 125 psi.
(6) Turn VACUUM/PRESSURE switch to ON.
(7) Turn VACUUM/PRESSURE REGULATOR control knob CW and obtain
comparison readings with pneumatic pressure standard.
(8) Check 10 cardinal points over the total pressure range. TI indications will be
within 0.05 psi for all readings.
(9) Turn VACUUM/PRESSURE REGULATOR control knob fully CCW.
(10) Turn VACUUM/PRESSURE switch to OFF.
(11) Disconnect compressed gas cylinder from TI INLET valve.
b. Adjustments. No adjustments can be made.
9. Vacuum
a. Performance Check
(1) Connect OUTLET VACUUM/PRESSURE valve to pneumatic pressure
standard outlet port and vacuum source.
(2) Apply vacuum to check 7 cardinal points over the total vacuum range of 0 to -7 psi.
TI indications will be within 0.05 psi for all readings.
b. Adjustments. No adjustments can be made.
10. Final Procedure
a. Deenergize and disconnect all equipment.
b. Annotate and affix DA label/form in accordance with TB 750-25.
