12. Squarewave and Pulse output
a. Performance Check
(1) Connect TI OUTPUT to oscilloscope channel 1 input using a 50 Ω feedthrough
termination and X10 attenuator.
(2) Set TI controls as indicated in (a) through (g) below.

(3) Connect TI TRIG OUTPUT to oscilloscope channel 2 input.
(4) Set oscilloscope channels 1 and 2 for DC input coupling.
(5) Adjust oscilloscope controls to measure both rise time and fall time of TI output
signal. If rise time and fall time are not less than 25 ns, perform b below.
(6) Set TI VAR SYMM to on and adjust VAR SYMM control for a pulse waveform on
oscilloscope.
