The Krohn-Hite, Model 7500, Wideband Amplifier (fig. 1-9) is a solid state, direct coupled amplifier that provides 75 watts
of continuous power. The frequency range is from dc to I MHz with less than 0.1 percent harmonic distortion from dc to 10
kHz. Front panel controls provide for fixed gains of 20 or 40 dB or continuously variable gain from zero to 40 dB. The
amplifier is capable of driving any load within its voltage and current limitations. The maximum output current is obtained
with a 100-ohm load. The maximum output voltage of the amplifier is approximately 140 V rms, open circuit.
