Preliminary Instructions.
a. Personnel should familiarize themselves with the entire procedure prior to performing calibration.
b. Items of equipment used in this procedure are referenced within the text by common name and item
WARNING
HIGH VOLTAGE is used during the performance of this calibration. DEATH ON CONTACT
may result if personnel fail to observe safety precautions.
3-2.
Equipment Setup.
a. Remove test instrument from protective cover as required for adjustments.
b. Mechanically zero the test instrument meter.
c. Set S1 and S2 switches on test instrument to OFF.
d. Connect the power cable on test instrument to 115 vac, 400-Hz 3-phase power source.
