9. Final Procedure
a. Disconnect all equipment.
b. Annotate DA Form 3023 (Gage Record card) which is used in lieu of DA Label 80 in
accordance with TB 750-25. See Appendix A for instructions.
c. TI should be carefully packaged in accordance with TB 750-25 Section IX.
