(18) Position controls as listed in (a) through (c) below:
(a) TIME/DIV OR DLY TIME switch to .2 s.
(b) DLY'D time/division switch to 5 ms PUSH FOR DLY'D.
(c) DELAY TIME MULT dial to 0.90.
(19) Set oscilloscope calibrator MARKER output for .1 S/D.
(20) Adjust MAIN TRIGGERING LEVEL control for a stable display and position
vertical amplifier controls for approximately 2 divisions of display positioned in the center
graticule area.
(21) Adjust POSITION control to align the time marker to the center vertical
graticule line.
(22) Adjust DELAY TIME MULT dial to approximately 8.90 to align the time
marker to the center vertical graticule line. If DELAY TIME MULT dial indication is not
between 8.84 and 8.96, perform b below.
(23) Repeat technique of (18) through (22) above for settings listed in table 5. If
DELAY TIME MULT dial indication is not between 8.84 and 8.96 at each setting, perform
b below.
