9. Output Voltage and Frequency Response
a. Performance Check

600 OHM output to true rms voltmeter through a 600
(1) Connect TI
eedthrough termination (Voltage Divider, Hewlett-Packard, Model 11047A (7911560)).
(2) Position controls as listed in (a) through (d) below:
FREQUENCY Hz dial to 1.
(a)
MULTIPLIER X1K pushbutton pressed.
(b)
VAR AMPLITUDE /ATTENUATOR control fully cw.
(c)
STEP ATTEN pushbuttons released.
(d)
(3) If true rms voltmeter does not indicate at least 2.5 V rms, perform b below.
(4) Adjust VAR AMPLITUDE /ATTENUATOR control for a 1 V rms indication on
the true rms voltmeter.
(5) Using FREQUENCY Hz dial and MULTIPLIER pushbuttons vary frequency
from 50 Hz to 500 kHz. True rms voltmeter will indicate between 966 and 1035 mV rms.
b. Adjustments
(1) Press POWER switch on the power module to off position.
(2) Remove TI from power module and remove cover from TI.
