(b) A TIME/DIV to 1 ms.
(c) B DELAY TIME to 5 s.
(d) HORIZ DISPLAY to A INTEN DURING B.
(e) B SWEEP MODE to B STARTS AFTER DELAY TIME.
(f) VOLTS/DIV to .5.
(2) Connect oscilloscope calibrator SOURCE/MEASURE CHAN 1 to TI CH 1
INPUT using 50Ω feedthrough termination.
(3) Set oscilloscope calibrator for a CHAN 1, MARKER mode output of 1 ms.
(4) Set DELAY-TIME MULTIPLIER control to 1.00 and adjust INTENSITY
control to display intensified marker. If intensified portion of display does not start at
second marker, perform b (1) below.
(5) Set DELAY-TIME MULTIPLIER control to 9.00. If intensified portion of
display does not start at 10th marker, perform b (2) below.
(6) Set HORIZ DISPLAY switch to B (DELAYED SWEEP) and DELAY-TIME
MULTIPLIER control to 1.00. If time marker does not start at beginning of sweep,
perform b (3) below.
(7) Set DELAY-TIME MULTIPLIER control to 9.00.
If time marker does not
start at beginning of sweep, perform b (4) below.
b. Adjustments
(1) Adjust R956 (fig. 8) until intensified portion of display starts at second marker
(preliminary adjustment).
(2) Adjust R743 (fig. 7) until intensified portion of display starts at 10th marker
(preliminary adjustment).
(3) Adjust R956 (fig. 8) until time marker starts at beginning of the sweep (R).
(4) Adjust R743 (fig. 7) until time marker starts at the beginning of the sweep (R).
NOTE
(Adjustments interact). Repeat a (6) and (7) above until no
further adjustments are necessary.
