NOTE
Press oscilloscope calibrator CHANNEL pushbutton. Next
press blue soft pushbutton located below CHAN 2 on
oscilloscope calibrator when SELECT CHANNEL is displayed.
(26) Perform steps (a) through (c) below:
(a) Set oscilloscope calibrator MODE wavegen output for WAVE sine.
(c) Set oscilloscope calibrator output amplitude for 0.35 division of display on TI.
(27) Adjust TRIGGER LEVEL control for a stable (triggered) display. If a stable
display cannot be obtained, perform b below.
NOTE
Set A SWP SEC/DIV switch and press X10 MAG pushbutton
as necessary to obtain a well defined display of test signal.
(28) Position oscilloscope calibrator LEVEL SINE output for 50 MHz and 0.35
divisions of display.
(29) Adjust TRIGGER LEVEL control for a stable (triggered) display. If a stable
display cannot be obtained, perform b below.
(30) Press TRIGGER COUPLING pushbutton to DC and repeat (28) and (29) above.
(31) Position oscilloscope calibrator LEVEL SINE output for 300 MHz and 1.0
division of display.
(32) Adjust TRIGGER LEVEL control for a stable (triggered) display. If a stable
display cannot be obtained, perform b below.
(33) Press TRIGGER COUPLING pushbutton to AC and repeat (31) and (32) above.
(34) Position oscilloscope calibrator LEVEL SINE output for 500 MHz and 1.5
divisions of display.
(35) Adjust TRIGGER LEVEL control for a stable (triggered) display. If a stable
display cannot be obtained perform b below.
(36) Press TRIGGER COUPLING pushbutton to DC and repeat (34) and (35) above.
a. Performance Check
(1) Press corresponding pushbuttons for indications as listed in (a) through (f) below:
VERTICAL MODE CH 1 on.

VERTICAL MODE CH 2, CH 3, and CH 4 off.
(b)
TRIGGER MODE A to AUTO LVL.
(c)
TRIGGER SOURCE to VERT CH 1.
