NOTE
FOCUS standards which were used to measure TID as reported
on FOCUS Insertion Delay Measurement Worksheet must not
be interchanged with other FOCUS standards nor optical fiber
jumper cable lengths changed from those shown in figure 3.
Doing this may change time insertion delay and affect software
calculations. If different optical fiber jumper cable lengths
must be used, a 1.0 meter change in length is equal to
approximately 10 nanoseconds change in insertion delay.
