(15) Set measuring receiver to measure FM and PEAK + with all filters off. After
first FM measurement, set measuring receiver to RATIO and LOG mode.
(16) Set up audio analyzer source frequency for each row in table 27. Measuring
receiver will indicate within limits specified in table 27.
