(e) STATUS.
(8) After a few seconds, TI display will indicate approximately 900 RPM.
NOTE
If you cannot adjust FasTrak distance or alignment to obtain a
900 RPM indication on TI, there may be a problem with
FasTrak.
(9) Use a white card or piece of paper to cover half of Vibrex tester 11A rotating
disk. Place card close to, but not touching disk, to cover half of magnetic pickup sensor and
one vibration sensor.
(10) TI RPM indication will drop by approximately half.
(11) Turn off all lights in room or enclose setup in a darkened enclosure. TI RPM
will drop to zero when area is dark enough.
