8. Frequency Accuracy
a. Performance Check
(1) Connect equipment as indicated in figure 1.

(2) Press TI keys as listed in (a) through (e) below.

Preset.
(b)
AMPD, 0, dBm.
(c)
RF On/Off to Off.
(d)
FREQ, 1, 0, 0, and kHz.
(e)
RF On/Off to On.
(3) Set microwave frequency counter to measure frequency on INPUT 2.
(4) Verify that the microwave frequency counter indicates within limits listed in
(5) Set TI frequency to the next frequency listed in table 3, using the TI arrow pad,
and repeat technique of (4) above.
(6) Repeat technique of (4) and (5) above for the remaining frequencies listed in
(7) Reduce all outputs to minimum.
(8) Disconnect microwave frequency counter from TI.
