(5) 400 Hz High-Pass Filter (Option 010 or 050)
(a) Set RATIO to off, set FREQ to 2 kHz. Set RATIO to on.
(b) Press HIGH PASS 400Hz. Adjust A2A1R6 or A2A2R6 (400 Hz) for a
reading between 99.60 and 99.80% on right display.
Set FREQ to 1 kHz. TI right display should read between 99.00 and 101.0%.

(6) CClTT Weighting Filter (Option 011 or 051)
(a) Set HIGH PASS 400 Hz off (if on). Set FREQ to 800 Hz. Set RATIO off,
then back on.
(b) Press CCITT WEIGHTING.
Adjust A2AlR4 or A2A2R4 (CCITT) for a
steady reading of 100.0% on right display.
(7) CCIR Weighting Filter (Option 012 or 052)
(a) Set HIGH PASS 400 Hz off (if on). Set FREQ to 6800 Hz. Set RATIO off,
then back on.
(b) Press CCIR WEIGHTING. Adjust A2AlR7 or A2A2R7 (CCIR) for a steady
reading of 407.4% (12.20 dB) on right display.
(8) C-Message Weighting Filter (Option 013 or 053)
(a) Set HIGH PASS 400 Hz off (if on). Set FREQ to 1 kHz. Set RATIO off,
then back on.
(b) Press C-MESSAGE WEIGHTING. Adjust A2AlR6 or A2A2R6 (CMSG) for
a steady reading of 100.0% on right display.
(9) CCIR/ARM Weighting Filter (Option 014 or 054)
(a) Set HIGH PASS 400 Hz off (if on). Set FREQ to 6800 Hz. Set RATIO off,
then back on.
(b) Press CCIR/ARM WEIGHTING. Adjust A2AlR7 or A2A2R7 (CCIR) for a
steady reading of 213.8% (6.6 dB) on right display.
(10) "A" Weighting Filter (Option 015 or 055)
(a) Set HIGH PASS 400 Hz off (if on). Set FREQ to 1 kHz. Set RATIO off,
then back on.
(b) Press "A" WEIGHTING. Adjust A2AlR3 or A2A2R3 (A-WTD) for a steady
reading of 100.0% on right display.
15. Input and Output Impedance
a. Performance Check
(1) Press TI numerical key for 41.0 and then SPCL key to initialize TI.
(2) Press TI numerical key for 1.11 and then SPCL key to set TI input to 3 V level range.
(3) Set AMPTD to 3V and FREQ to 100 Hz.
(4) Set INPUT and OUTPUT FLOAT switches to ground.
(5) Press TI numerical key for 47.0 and then SPCL key to set TI impedance to 600 Ω.
(6) Connect TI OUTPUT HIGH connector to INPUT HIGH connector and press
RATIO key.
