b. Adjustments
(7) Set the TI rotary switch to
V, then set the Calibrator for an output of
3.500 V at 100 Hz.
(8) The TI should display 3.500 0.002. If necessary, adjust R34 (fig. 1) to obtain
the proper display.
(9) Set the Calibrator for an output of 3.500 V at 10 kHz.
(10) The TI should display 3.500 0.010. If necessary, adjust C2 (fig. 1) to obtain the
proper display.
(11) Push RANGE once to put the TI in the 40 V ac range.
(12) Set the Calibrator for an output of 35 V at 10 kHz.
(13) The TI should display 35.00 0.10. If necessary, adjust C3 (fig. 1) to obtain the
proper display.
a. Performance Check
(14) Move test lead from TI V Ω RPM jack to the mA jack.
(15) Set TI Function switch to the mA A
position.
(16) Set Calibrator output for the first value listed in the Calibrator output column
of table 7. If TI does not indicate within the Min/Max limits specified in first row of table7,
perform b below.
