frequency counter does not indicate between 107.9973 and 108.0027 MHz, perform b(1)
below.

indicate between 108.0473 and 108.0527 MHz, perform b (2) below.

Set VOR PWR switch to OFF and LOC PWR switch to ON.

Set LOC 108.10-108.15 switch to 108.10. If frequency counter does not
indicate between 108.0973 and 108.1027 MHz, perform b (3) below.
