8. Attenuator Accuracy
a. Performance Check
(1) Energize equipment and allow sufficient time for warm-up.
(2) Adjust calibrator controls for 10.00 V, 1 kHz output.
(3) Note and record indication on true rms voltmeter.
(4) Set TI 600  DB LOSS switch to 1. Adjust calibrator amplitude until true rms
voltmeter indicates value recorded in (3) above. Calibrator will indicate between 8.7096
and 9.1201 V ac.
(5) Repeat technique of (4) above for switch settings listed in table 3.
