(14) Repeat technique of (11)(c) through (13) above for remaining TI ranges and
calibrator output voltage and frequency values in table 6.
(15) Set calibrator output to minimum and disconnect equipment set-up.
b. Adjustments. Perform entire calibration procedure before performing alignment
procedure listed in paragraph 17.
10. DC Current Accuracy
a. Performance Check
(1) Set the TI as listed in (a) through (c) below:

(b) Press SHIFT key for a
indication.

Press the RANGE key to the 500 A range.
(2) Connect test leads to TI AmA
CHG
and COM inputs leaving lead ends
open and press the NULL key then wait for a stable reading.
(3) Connect test leads to calibrator AUX CURRENT OUTPUT HI and LO.
(4) Set the calibrator for AUX Current Output and set calibrator DC current output
to the first value in table 7.

Set output to STBY and move connection at the TI from the 440 mA to the 10 A

input and move the AUX Current Output HI and LO to the amplifier CURRENT
OUTPUT HI and LO. Do not NULL the TI for remaining measurements.
(5) TI will indicate within the limits of table 7; if not, perform b below.
(6) Repeat technique of (1)(c) through (5) above for remaining TI ranges and
calibrator DC current output values in table 7.
(7) Set calibrator output to minimum.
b. Adjustments. Perform entire calibration procedure before performing alignment
procedure listed in paragraph 17.
