(11) Disconnect equipment set-up.
b. Adjustments. Perform entire calibration procedure before performing alignment
procedure listed in paragraph 17.
14. Frequency Accuracy
a. Performance Check
ΩTEMPVmV and COM
(1) Connect function generator output to TI
inputs using a 50 Ω termination.
(2) Set the TI as listed in (a) through (c) below:
(a) Set rotary switch to Hz
.
(b) Press SHIFT key for a Hz indication.
(c)  Press the RANGE key for a -1- range (Hz indication).
(3) Set the function generator sine wave output voltage and frequency to the first
values in table 12.
(4) TI will indicate within the limits of table 12; if not, perform b below.
(5) Repeat technique of (2)(c) and (4) above for remaining signal generator voltage
and frequency values in table 12.

15. Capacitance Accuracy
a. Performance Check
NOTE
To minimize lead capacitance use shortest banana leads available.
(1) Connect Capacitance Standard No. 1 output HIGH and LOW to TI
ΩTEMPVmV and COM inputs and set all capacitance standard decades to zero.
