(9) Repeat technique of (6) through (8) above for remaining rows in table 7. Use
table 6 to configure the TI for the resistance mode to be calibrated. TI will indicate within
the limits specified in table 7.
(10)Ensure that Ω pushbutton has been selected to remove HI Voltage from TI
terminals (see warning above).
(11)Disconnect equipment set-up.
b. Adjustments. Complete all performance checks in the entire procedure noting AS
FOUND failures. Use paragraph 15 d for adjustments.
12. DC Current
a. Performance Check
(1) Prepare TI for zeroing by ensuring that the INPUT terminals are open.
(2) Press TI keys as listed in (a) through (i) below.

(3) Populate the true applied column in table 8 with the values obtained during DCI
characterization (table A-4).
(4) Connect calibrator OUTPUT HI / LO to TI INPUT A / LO.
(5) Set TI to the first range in table 8.
(6) Set calibrator to the first displayed output setting in table 8, output to OPR.
(7) Allow measurement to stabilize, then record TI indication in table 8.
