(5) Set function generator output to OFF and disconnect equipment set-up.
b. Adjustments. Complete all performance checks in the entire procedure noting AS
FOUND failures. Use paragraph 15 g for adjustments.
NOTE
Non-Volatile Input Offset Compensation is used only when the
input zero capability is not in use. Non-Volatile Input Offset
Compensation adjustment in step h does not affect any other
adjustments. Adjustment should be considered if any other
parameter(s) are adjusted. There is no performance check or
specification associated with Non-Volatile Input Offset
Compensation.
Adjustment is at the discretion of the
technician.

b. DC Voltage Adjustments
NOTE
Just one range may be adjusted if required, but for a full
adjustment, start with the 200 mV range and work up to the
1kV range. Zero cal point on all ranges requiring adjustment
may be completed before any range gain adjustments to avoid
multiple connect/disconnects. Any range requiring adjustment
must have all three adjustments: Zero, Range Gain + and
Range Gain .
