(23) Allow measurement to stabilize then, calculate the true applied current using
CDCdif
True Applied = V ∗ [ + A
the formula below.
R
,
,
]
Where:
V = AC measurement standard indication in volts
R = Test report resistance value of current shunt in Ohms
ACDCdif = Test report AC/DC difference value of the current shunt in ppm
(24) Note TI indication. Calculate TI error from the true applied current using the
CTUAL - NOMINAL
,
ERROR ppm = A
,
formula below.
NOMINAL
Where:
ACTUAL= TI indication
NOMINAL = True applied current
(25) TI will indicate within the limits of table 9. If not, perform b below.
(26) Repeat technique of (20) through (25) above for remaining frequencies on this
range.
(27) Repeat technique of (18) through (26) above for remaining rows in table 9.
(28) Set calibrator to STBY and disconnect equipment set-up.
b. Adjustments. Complete all performance checks in the entire procedure noting AS
FOUND failures. Use paragraph 15 f for adjustments.
