Figure 2. Dc voltage (reference level).
(13) Set calibrator for an initial 1.0 V dc output. Adjust calibrator for a 1.00000000 V (0.5
V) indication on multimeter.
(14) Adjust TI voltage dials for null indication on each successively more sensitive
position of NULL switch until null indication is obtained on the most sensitive position.
(15) Final TI indication will be between 0.999966 and 1.000034, if not perform b (3)
and (4) below.
(16) Set NULL switch to TVM and RANGE switch to 100.
(17) Set calibrator to STANDBY.
(18) Set calibrator for an initial 100 V dc output. Adjust calibrator for a 100.000000 V (50
V) indication on multimeter.
(19) Adjust TI voltage dials for null indication on each successively more sensitive
position of NULL switch until null indication is obtained on the most sensitive position.
(20) Final TI indication will be between 99.9971 and 100.0029; if not, perform b (5)
and (6) below.
(21) Set NULL switch to TVM and RANGE switch to 1000.
(22) Set calibrator to STANDBY.
(23) Set calibrator for an initial 1000 V dc output. Adjust calibrator for a 1000.00000 V
(0.5 mV) indication on multimeter.
