(4) For the 20/200 model set the TI for 200 Ω; the 40/400 auto ranging model will
default to 400 Ω. TI will indicate within limits specified in the first row of table 6. If TI
does not indicate within limits specified in table 5, perform b below.
(5) Repeat technique of (3) and (4) above, resistance standard settings, TI ranges
and TI indications listed in table5. TI will indicate within limits specified in table 6. If TI
does not indicate within limits specified in table 6, perform b below.

(6) Set calibrator output to minimum.
b. Adjustments (20/200 Model Only)
Set the TI range to 200 Ω.
1.
2.
Turn VR (11) so that 190.0 is indicated on the LCD.
3.
a. Performance Check
CAUTION
Do not apply current to Coil any longer than necessary to
complete the calibration. The manufacturer recommends a
maximum of 2 minutes on with 8 minutes off for greater than
11 amps.
CAUTION
Ensure the connections on the Ammeter Calibrator are tight
enough to engage the center pin. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN or
damage could occur.
NOTE
When verifying the DC Current functions, some TIs may
indicate a reverse polarity. At the discretion of the technician,
reverse the connection of the TI to the coil, or reverse the
polarity of the Meter Calibrator output, to achieve the correct
indications.
