(c) DIFF/INTERLEAVE ATTEN control to -90 dB.
(d) PRT SEL (USEC) (500 USEC MIN) switches to 1000.
(4) Set variable attenuator dial to setting on calibration chart for 30 dB at 1025 MHz.
(5) Adjust signal generator No. 2 controls for an output frequency of 1025 MHz with
a pulse width of 0.8 Ps. Set PULSE MODULATION switch to EXT SYNC.
(6) Adjust peak power calibrator COARSE and FINE controls for a PEAK RF
METER indication of -2 dBm.
(7) Adjust signal generator No. 2 RF OUT control until top of pulse coincides with
top horizontal graticule line on Channel 2 of oscilloscope display.
(8)  Set variable attenuator dial to setting on calibration chart for 60 dB at
1025 MHz.
(9)  Remove connection from peak power calibrator RF IN and connect to TI LOW
PWR IN.
(10) Adjust MEASUREMENT DEMOD VID LEVEL control for a pulse amplitude
of 1 V as indicated on Channel 1 of oscilloscope display. MEASUREMENT meter will
indicate 18 l dBW. If not, perform b (1) below.
(11) Set variable attenuator dial to setting on calibration chart for 45 dB at
1025 MHz.
(12) Repeat technique of (10) above. MEASUREMENT meter will indicate 33 l
dBW. If not, perform b (2) below.
(13) Repeat (2) through (12) above at signal generator No. 2 frequencies of 1030 and
1035 MHz.
(14) Connect equipment as shown in figure 11 and also connect TI SUM RF IN/OUT
to variable attenuator DIRECT output.
(15) Set variable attenuator dial to setting on calibration chart for 28 dB at 1025 MHz.
(16) Repeat (5) above.
(17) Adjust peak power calibrator COARSE and FINE controls for a PEAK RF
METER indication of 0 dBm.
(18) Repeat (7) above.
(19) Adjust MEASUREMENT DEMOD VID LEVEL control for a pulse amplitude
of 1 V as indicated on Channel 1 of oscilloscope display. MEASUREMENT meter will
indicate 18 1 dBW.
