(9) Press VERT MODE BW pushbutton to 20 MHz bandwidth.
(11) Adjust oscilloscope calibrator for 5 divisions of vertical deflection on TI. Adjust
standardizer for best square wave presentation.
(12) Set TI CH 1 VOLTS/DIV switch to settings listed in table 8 and perform
adjustments listed for appropriate TI model number for optimum square wave presentation.

(13) Move connection from CH 1 input to CH 2 input.
(14) Press VERT MODE pushbutton CH 2 to on (in) and repeat technique of (11)
and (12) above. Adjust CH 2 C10 (fig. 1) for optimum square wave presentation.
(15) Connect oscilloscope calibrator to CH 1.
(16) Position controls as listed in (a) through (f) below:
TRIG MODE pushbutton to AUTO.

(17) Set oscilloscope calibrator for EDGE mode at 10 KHz and sufficient amplitude
for risetime measurement.
(18) Measure risetime using standard risetime techniques. Risetime will be 3.5 ns
or less.
(19) Move connection on TI to CH 2 input.
(20) Press VERT MODE pushbutton CH 2 to on (in) and repeat technique of (17)
and (18) above for CH 2.
(21) Remove connection from oscilloscope calibrator and TI.
(22) Set oscilloscope calibrator for leveled sine wave output at 50 kHz with
amplitude set to minimum.
(23) Press VERT MODE pushbutton CH 1 to on (in).
(24) Set TIME/DIV switches to .1 ms and press and release X10 MAG pushbutton
to off (out).
(25) Connect oscilloscope calibrator output to CH 1 input through a 50 Ω termination.
(26) Adjust oscilloscope calibrator leveled sine wave output amplitude for a 6
division display on TI.
