(48) Adjust ' control for approximately 1 time marker per division.
(49) Set oscilloscope calibrator for a CHAN 1, MARKER mode output of 5 ns.
(50) Adjust ' REF or DLY POS control to bring time markers on to oscilloscope display.
(51) Adjust ' control to superimpose displayed time markers on oscilloscope to within
0.2 division.
(52) Press and release upper TRIGGER COUPLING pushbutton.
Display will
indicate ADJ ' (step) 28, 500 ps.
(53) Disconnect oscilloscope calibrator from oscilloscope Vertical 1 input and connect
to CH 2 of TI.
(54) Set oscilloscope calibrator for a CHAN 1, MARKER mode output of 2 ns.
(55) Adjust TRANS RESP (R802) (fig. 1) for 2 cycles between 2d and 10th graticule
lines at intersections of the two waveforms (R).
(56) Press and release upper TRIGGER COUPLING pushbutton.
Display will
indicate ADJ ' (step) 29, 1 ms.
(57) Move connection from TI CH 2 to oscilloscope Vertical 1 input and set
oscilloscope sweep speed to 20 Ps.
(58) Set oscilloscope calibrator for a CHAN 1, MARKER mode output of 1 ms and
adjust ' control for 8 time markers over the center 8 divisions of display.
