(20) Press and release lower TRIGGER COUPLING pushbutton. Display readout
will indicate ADJ ' (step) 1, 10 mV, 100 ns.
(21) Move connection from CH 2 to CH 1 using a 50 : feedthrough terminator.
(22) Set oscilloscope calibrator for a LEVEL SINE mode, output of 60 mV at 2 MHz.
Rotate oscilloscope calibrator knob below EDIT FIELD pushbutton to adjust amplitude for
6 divisions of display on TI.
(23) Set oscilloscope calibrator for a LEVEL SINE mode, output frequency of 250 MHz.
(24) Increase oscilloscope calibrator LEVEL SINE output frequency from 250 MHz
to 420 MHz. Displayed amplitude will be between 4.4 and 6 divisions.
(25) Press and release upper TRIGGER COUPLING pushbutton. Display readout
will indicate ADJ ' (step) 2, 10 mV, 100 ns.
(26) Move connection from CH 1 to CH 2.
(27) Repeat (22) through (24) above for CH 2.
(28) Press and release upper TRIGGER COUPLING pushbutton. Display readout
will indicate ADJ ' (step) 3, 10 mV, 10 ns.
(29) Connect oscilloscope calibrator SOURCE/MEASURE CHAN 1 to TI CH 1.
(30) Set oscilloscope calibrator for an EDGE mode, output of 50 mV at 100 kHz.
Rotate oscilloscope calibrator knob below EDIT FIELD pushbutton to adjust amplitude for
5 divisions of display on TI.
(31) Adjust R411, C403, L403 (fig. 1) and ' control for best response. Note waveform
for use in (35) below (R).
(32) Press and release upper TRIGGER COUPLING pushbutton. The crt readout
will indicate ADJ ' (step) 4, 10 mV, 100 ns.
(33) Move connection from TI CH 1 to TI CH 2.
(34) Rotate oscilloscope calibrator knob below EDIT FIELD pushbutton to adjust
amplitude for 5 divisions of display on TI.
(35) Adjust ' control until CH 2 waveform matches that noted in (31) above.
(36) Press and release upper TRIGGER COUPLING pushbutton. Display readout
will indicate ADJ ' (step) 5, 2 mV, 10 ns.
(37) Set oscilloscope calibrator for an EDGE mode, output of 10 mV at 100 kHz.
Rotate oscilloscope calibrator knob below EDIT FIELD pushbutton to adjust amplitude for
5 divisions of display on TI.
(38) Adjust ' control for a spike on front corner of 4 to 5 percent.
(39) Press and release upper TRIGGER COUPLING pushbutton. Display readout
will indicate ADJ ' (step) 6, 10 mV, 10 ns.
(40) Set oscilloscope calibrator for an EDGE mode, output of 50 mV at 100 kHz.
Rotate oscilloscope calibrator knob below EDIT FIELD pushbutton to adjust amplitude for
5 divisions of display on TI.
