b. Adjustments (Model TT1200 Only)
(1) Connect standard leads to TI.
(2) Connect power supply, set to 6 V dc and off, to TI battery terminals observing polarity.
(3) Set TI controls as indicated in (a) through (h) below:

(4) Short TI leads.
(5) Disconnect TI A/D PCB from LIN and SW PCB's.
(6) Connect multimeter, set to 200 kΩ, to TI A/D PCB TP1(+) and TP3.
(7) Adjust TI A/D PCB P1 to achieve multimeter reading of 101.00 kΩ.
(8) Disconnect multimeter and reconnect TI A/D PCB to LIN and SW PCB's.
(9) Set power supply ON/OFF switch to ON.
(10)Set TI PWR switch to ON.
(11)Depress and hold TI PTM pushbutton, TI shall display 0.000 Ω or 0.001 Ω.
Release PTM pushbutton.
(12)Repeat step (11) above for remaining TI RANGE settings.
TI shall display
00.00 Ω, .0000 kΩ and 0.000 kΩ respectively (+1, -0 counts).
(13)Set TI RANGE switch to 20.
(14)Connect TI leads to resistance standard NO.1, set to 19.500 Ω.
(15) Depress and hold TI PTM pushbutton. Adjust TI P5 to achieve TI display of 19.500 Ω.
(16)Repeat steps (15) and (16) for remaining ranges and settings as indicated in
Table 8. Resistance Accuracy Adjustments (Model TT1200).

(17)Disconnect resistance standard from TI. Short TI leads.
(18)Set TI RANGE switch to 20. Depress and hold TI PTS pushbutton. TI shall
read less than 2.00 Ω. Release pushbutton.
