(12) The RMS or p-p noise voltage measurement must indicate within table 1
Noise/Ripple limits.
NOTE
If TI indicates excessive noise/ripple, remove the True RMS
Voltmeter or Oscilloscope high lead from the TI and short it to
the low lead. Record the True RMS Voltmeter or Oscilloscope
indication and subtract from the indication observed when
connected to TI positive and negative outputs.  Electronic
Loads may also contribute to ripple measurements. If TI fails,
the Electronic Load should be replaced with a suitable resistive
load and the test repeated.
(13) Set TI output voltage and current to 0.
b.  Adjustments. No adjustment can be made for 1791; for all others see
appendix A.
19. Final Procedure
a. Deenergize and disconnect all equipment.
b. Annotate and affix DA label/form in accordance with TB 750-25.
