(24) Move connection from TI ch 3 to TI ch 4.
(22) Press TI ch 4 key to on and TI ch 3 key to off.
(23) Repeat technique of (3) through (17) above utilizing TI ch 4 controls and
settings.
(24) Disconnect equipment setup.
b. Adjustments. Complete all performance checks through paragraph 12 for as found
data, then perform paragraph 13.
11. Delta Time
a. Performance Check
(1) Set TI ch 1 key to On and all other TI ch keys to off.
(2) Connect oscilloscope calibrator SOURCE/MEASURE CHAN 1 through a 50 Ω
feedthrough to TI ch 1 input.
(3) Set oscilloscope calibrator for a 100 s MARKER output.
(4) Press TI Display key, then set [Vectors] to off.
(5) Press TI Autoscale key.
(6) Set TI Horizontal 50 s 5 ns knob to 20 s.
(7) Press TI Main/Delayed key, then set [Time Ref] to Left.
(8) Adjust TI Trigger Level knob for a stable display.
(9) Press TI Quick Meas key, then set [Source] to 1.
(10) Press TI [Select] key.
(11) Use TI knob to select Period.
(12) Press TI [Measure Period] key. If TI Period indication is not between 99.79
and 100.21 s, perform b below.
(13) Set oscilloscope calibrator MARKER output to 1 s.
(14) Set TI Horizontal 50 s 5 ns knob to 200 ns.
(15) Press TI [Measure Period] key.
If TI Period indication is not between
997.9 ns and 1.0021 s, perform b below.
(16) Set oscilloscope calibrator MARKER output to 10 ns.
(17) Set TI Horizontal 50 s 5 ns knob to 5 ns.
(18) Press TI [Measure Period] key. If TI Period indication is not between 9.91
and 10.09 ns, perform b below.
b. Adjustments. Complete all performance checks through paragraph 12 for as found
data, then perform paragraph 13.
