j. Disconnect test leads and remove the TI's bottom case. Locate the PCA Battery
Terminals as shown in figure 1 below. Observing correct polarity, use an external power
supply or battery to apply 9 volts to the PCA battery terminals. TP8 and TP10 can also be
used to apply power to the PCA.
k. Power the TI to On using the front panel power button. Short the CAL Key Pad
terminals (fig. 1) to reset the password. TI will beep when terminals are successfully shorted.
Power down TI using front panel power button to restore the 1234 password.

NOTE
The default password (1234) will not be stored in the TI
nonvolatile memory if power is interrupted without properly
powering down TI.
m. Reassemble TI.
n. Repeat a through i above.
a. Deenergize and disconnect all equipment.
b. Annotate and affix DA label/form in accordance with TB 750-25. For AN/GSM-437
only, if 80PK-26 temperature probe was not calibrated, affix DA Label 163 stating
"Temperature not calibrated." If 80K-6 High Voltage Probe was not calibrated, affix DA
Label 163 stating "High Voltage Probe not calibrated."
