NOTE
An 18 AWG banana lead has the typical characteristics of
1 mΩ for each banana connector end plus 6.4 mΩ per foot. A
4 inch banana lead is typically 4 mΩ. Less than 23 mΩ of wire
is required for this check.
(4) If TI does not indicate between -0.10 and 0.10 ohms, perform b below.

(5) Disconnect short and connect TI V Ω
standard 1 CURRENT HI, CURRENT LO.
(7) Set up TI to perform relative readings by pressing buttons as listed in (a) and (b) below.

(8) Set resistance standard 1 to 0.2 Ω. If TI does not indicate within limits specified
in first row of table 7, perform b below.
(9) Repeat technique of step (8) above, using settings and indications listed in
table 7. If TI does not indicate within limits specified in table 7, perform b below.

13. Capacitance and Diode
a. Performance Check
(1) Connect capacitance standard HIGH, LOW to TI V Ω, COM inputs. Adapt as necessary.
(2) Set capacitance standard to 0 pF.
(3) Set up TI to perform relative capacitance readings by pressing buttons as listed
in (a) through (f) below.
