(a) Print/Utility.
(b) [Self-Test Menu].
(c) [DAC].
(4) Multimeter will indicate between -0.0005 and +0.0005 V dc.
(5) Press any TI key to continue check.
(6) Multimeter will indicate between 4.990 and 5.010 V dc.
(7) Press any TI key to set voltage output back to 0 V dc.
(8) Disconnect equipment setup.
a. Performance Check
(1) Press TI keys as listed in (a) through (e) below:
(a) Setup.
(b) [Default Setup].
(c) Display.
(d) [Display Mode Average].
(e) [# average 64].
(2) Allow time for measurement to settle.
NOTE
Av letters in the status line indicate how much of the averaging
process is finished by turning to inverse video as TI performs
averaging.
(4) Set TI channel 1 Volts/Div to 5.
(5) Set oscilloscope calibrator for a 35 V dc output into 1 MΩ with ground condition
to ON.
(6) Adjust TI channel 1 position knob to place baseline near but not at bottom of display.
NOTE
TI cursor source must correspond to channel being used when
using Cursor Mode. After pressing [Cursor], press [Source]
in order to operate cursors with correct channel. Failure to do
so will result in nonresponsive cursors.
(7) Press TI Cursors, then press [v1].
(8) Using TI cursor knob, set v1 cursor on baseline.
