(18) Press TI Voltage, then press [V p-p].
(19) Adjust oscilloscope calibrator output amplitude for a TI indication as close to
30 mV as possible.
(20) Increase oscilloscope calibrator output frequency to 100 MHz (models 54600A
and 54601A) or to 150 MHz (model 54602A). If TI V p-p indication is not ≥21.24 mV,
perform b below.
(21) Set oscilloscope calibrator output to OFF.
(22) Set TI Volts/Div to 50 mV.
(23) Set oscilloscope calibrator output for a 50 kHz, 300 mV p-p leveled sinewave
into 50 Ω.
(24) Adjust oscilloscope calibrator output amplitude for a TI indication as close to
300 mV as possible.
(25) Increase oscilloscope calibrator output frequency to 100 MHz (models 54600A
and 54601A) or to 150 MHz (model 54602A). If TI V p-p indication is not ≥212.4 mV,
perform b below.
(26) Set oscilloscope calibrator output to OFF.
(27) Disconnect oscilloscope calibrator and 50 Ω feedthrough termination from TI
channel 2 and connect to TI channel 3.
(28) Press TI keys as listed in (a) through (h) below:
(a) [Clear Meas].
(b) 2 (as required to remove channel 2 from display).
(c) 3.
(d) [.1] (volts/div).
(e) TRIGGER SOURCE.
(f) [3].
(g) Voltage.
(h) [V p-p].
(29) Set oscilloscope calibrator output for a 50 kHz, 600 mV p-p leveled sinewave
into 50 Ω.
(30) Adjust oscilloscope calibrator output amplitude for a TI indication as close to
600 mV as possible.
(31) Increase oscilloscope calibrator output frequency to 100 MHz (model 54601A) or
to 250 MHz (model 54602A). If TI V p-p indication is not ≥424.8 mV, perform b below.
(32) Set oscilloscope calibrator output to OFF.
(33) Disconnect oscilloscope calibrator and 50 Ω feedthrough termination from TI
channel 3 and connect to TI channel 4.
(34) Press TI keys as listed in (a) through (h) below:
