(11) Set oscilloscope calibrator output for 10 ns markers.
(12) Set TI Time/div to 5 ns.
(13) Adjust TI Trigger Level to obtain a stable display.
(14) Press TI Time, then press [Freq] and [Period] keys. If TI does not indicate a
frequency between 97.08 MHz and 103.1 MHz and a period between 9.699 ns and 10.30 ns,
perform b below.
(15) Set oscilloscope calibrator output to OFF and disconnect equipment setup.
a. Performance Check
(1) Press TI Setup, then press [Default Setup].
(2) Connect oscilloscope calibrator to TI channel 1 input using a 50 Ω feedthrough
termination.
(3) Set TI Time/div to 20 ns.
(4) Set TI Volts/div to 100 mV.
(5) Set oscilloscope calibrator output for a 25 MHz, 350 mV p-p leveled sinewave
into 50 Ω.
(6) Adjust oscilloscope calibrator output amplitude for 3.5 divisions of vertical
deflection on TI display. (If necessary, adjust TI trigger level for a stable display.)
(7) Press oscilloscope calibrator 10 button.
(8) If necessary, adjust TI trigger level for a stable display. If TI will not display a

(10) Set oscilloscope calibrator output frequency to 100 MHz (models 54600A and
54601A), or 150 MHz (model 54602A).
(11) Adjust oscilloscope calibrator output amplitude for 1 division of vertical

(12) If necessary, adjust TI trigger level for a stable display. If TI will not display a
