(44) Set oscilloscope calibrator output for a 25 MHz, 100 mV p-p leveled sinewave.
(45) Press TI keys as listed in (a) through (c) below:
(a) Autoscale.
(b) TRIGGER SOURCE.
(c) [Ext].
(46) Adjust oscilloscope calibrator output amplitude to 50 mV p-p.
(47) If necessary, adjust TI trigger level for a stable display. If TI will not display a
stable waveform, perform b below.
(48) Set oscilloscope calibrator output to OFF and disconnect equipment setup.
b. Adjustments. Perform Section IV.
ADJUSTMENT PROCESS
13. Preliminary Instructions
a. Turn TI off.
b. Remove TI cover and place TI on its side.
c. Connect negative lead of multimeter to a ground point on TI.
d. Turn TI on and allow at least 30 minute warm-up time.
14. Power Supply
a. Measure voltage levels at L3, L4 and L5 on system board (fig. 2).
b. If voltages at L3 (-14.96 to -16.54), L4 (+14.96 to +16.54) or L5 (+4.95 to +5.25) are
out of tolerance, adjust the 5.1 V adjustment on power supply.
NOTE
The positive and negative 15.75 V supplies are dependent on
the 5.1 V supply.
