12. Panel Meter
a. Performance Check
(1) Disconnect all equipment from TI except autotransformer.
(2) Press POWER PUSH OFF pushbutton. If TI meter does not indicate 0 (zero),
adjust to 0 (zero) by turning adjusting screw located below meter face.
(3) Press pushbuttons as listed in (a) through (d) below:
(a) METER READING VOLTAGE.
(b) MODE VOLTS and 100-1000.
(c) POWER PUSH, pushbutton to ON.
(d) POWER OPR.
(4) Adjust TI decade dials until VOLTS-MA meter indicates 1000 V. If decade dials
do not indicate between 990.0000 and 1010.0000, perform b (1) and (5) below.
(5) Repeat technique of (4) above at VOLTS-MA meter indications listed in table 6.
If decade dials do not indicate within limits specified, perform b (3) below.

(6) Press POWER STDBY RESET pushbutton.
(7) Press pushbuttons as listed in (a) through (d) below:
(a) METER READING CURRENT.
(b) MODE MA and 100-1000.
(c) CROWBAR ON.
(d) POWER OPR.
(8) Adjust TI decade dials until VOLTS-MA meter indicates 100 mA. If decade
dials do not indicate between 99.00000 and 101.00000, perform b (4) and (5) below.
(9) Press POWER STDBY/RESET and CROWBAR OFF pushbuttons.
b. Adjustments
(1) Set decade dials to indicate 1000.0000.
(2) Adjust A4A4R5 METER ADJ (fig. 2) for VOLTS-MA meter indications of 1000 V (R).
(3) Readjust A4A4R5 METER ADJ for best overall in-tolerance condition.
(4) Set decade dials to indicate 100.00000.
