NOTE
Turn TI facing rear panel connectors. DIP switch SW3020 is
accessed through rear panel, just below rear GPIB interface
connector. Set toggle number 3 to closed position (third toggle
from top, pressed to left). Toggles 1, 2, and 4 remain in open
(pressed to right) position.
NOTE
Care must be used in (3) below to prevent the oscillator
adjustment cover screw from being dropped into TI.
(3) Remove the oscillator adjustment cover screw (located on top rear center of TI).
(4) Remove fasteners that secure power module top cover, but do not remove cover.
(5) Reinstall TI into power module and set power module POWER switch to ON.
Allow 30 minutes for TI to warm-up before continuing.
(6) Connect TI TIMEBASE OUT to frequency counter A input.
(7) Slide power module top cover back far enough to gain access to crystal oscillator
adjustment. Adjust oscillator adjust for a frequency counter indication of 10.000000 MHz 1 Hz (R).
(8) Disconnect TI from frequency counter and set power module POWER switch to
OFF. Remove TI from the power module.
(9) Set DIP switch SW3020 (rear panel of TI) toggle number 3 to open position
(pressed right). Replace oscillator adjustment cover screw and power module top cover.
(10) Insert TI into power module and set power module POWER switch to ON.
Allow 30 minutes for TI to warm-up then repeat a above.
