(8) Using measuring receiver and RF power measurement techniques, measured
power will indicate within limits specified in table 11 for 0 dBm.
(9) Set measurement receiver to Ratio mode.
(10) Set TI to next power level indicated in table 11.
(11) Using standard tuned level measurement techniques, measuring receiver will
indicate within limits specified for TI output level in table 11.
(12) Repeat (10) and (11) above for remaining output levels listed in table 11.
