NOTE
All pressure readings are done in Ascending and Descending
order.
NOTE
The DPI 610 700 mb test and DUT profiles can be modified by
making a copy, renaming it and changing the necessary
parameters. An example program of the DPI 700 mb is in
Appendix B with arrows pointing to the information that needs
to be changed. The specifications are listed in table 6.
(7) Select Run, Run Test Definitions from the compass menu. Select the TEST and
DUT profile to run.
(8) Let the program run. When it is finished, save the data.
(9) Compass will generate a test report and a chart displaying failed test points. If
any test points fail, perform b below.
(10)If As Found/As Left data is required and any adjustments are needed, run the
test again after adjustments have been made.
b. Adjustments
(1) Switch the TI on. Press the following SET UP: down arrow to SETTINGS,
ENTER, down arrow to CALIBRATION and ENTER.
(2) Apply zero pressure and store the zero point. The screen will say click ENTER
key when applied value is stable. If the TI is not zeroed, press F1 CHANGE VALUE and,
using the up/down and left/right arrows, set the zero value. The TI will prompt to Store
Zero Point, F1=Yes, F2 = No.
(3) Close the vent valve and apply full-scale pressure. Repeat step (2) above, except
using Full Scale pressure.
(4) Press the ENTER key to accept the calibration. Press the EXIT key four times
to quit CALIBRATION and SETUP modes.
(5) Repeat paragraph 11 above.
13. Final Procedure
a. Deenergize and disconnect all equipment.
b. Annotate and affix DA label/form in accordance with TB 750-25.
