NOTE
When measuring zero capacitance, the impedance measuring
system may have a negative indication because the zero
capacitance measurement and the value stored during the zero
compensation process are nearly equal. In this situation, the
TI zero capacitance is considered negligible.
(4) Set the TI to the first value in table 9 (0-0-0-0).
