Adjustments. None.
16. CMR AC Unbalance
a. Performance Check
(1) Set S1 and S2 to 2 and note the peak-to-peak voltage displayed on the
oscilloscope as e.
(2) Set S2 to 1 and S3 to 2 and again note the peak-to-peak voltage displayed on the
oscilloscope as e.

(3) Using the larger voltage of steps (1) and (2), compute the common mode rejection
.
(CMR) (in db) as follows:
(4) CMR will be ≥ 100db.
b. Adjustments. None.
17. Frequency Response
a. Performance Check
(1) Disconnect TI from calibrator and connect to function generator using a 50-ohm
feedthrough termination as in figure 8.
Figure 8. Frequency Response Test Setup.
(2) Move the gain knob to 10.
(3) Set the function generator for a 1 V pp @ 100 Hz output.
(4) Check that the multimeter reads between 3.365 and 3.705 V ac. If not, perform
b below.
(5) Vary the function generator from DC to 3 kHz and check that the voltage does
not deviate more than 0.17 V ac. If it does, perform b below.
